10 Palestinians killed in Israeli airstrike in occupied West Bank

10 Palestinians were killed and several others injured in an Israeli airstrike in the north of the occupied West Bank on Wednesday night, the Palestinian health ministry said on Wednesday.

News Center- Israel has intensified its military operations in the West Bank, especially in and around the city of Jenin, north of Tamun, for more than a week, arresting Palestinians, violating their rights and destroying their houses.

At least 10 Palestinians were killed and several others injured in an Israeli airstrike on the town of Tamun, southeast of Tubas in the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian health ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.

According to the local sources, hundreds of Israeli security forces backed by helicopters, drones and armored vehicles have been deployed to Jenin and its refugee camp.

16 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces and dozens more injured in the Jenin area since Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced the start of a large-scale operation to “defeat terrorism” on January 21, the Palestinian health ministry said.
