Israel’s attacks kill 1,190 people in Iran, report says
At least 1,190 people were killed and 4,475 others injured in Israel’s attacks on Iran from June 13 to June 24, 2025, said a report released by the Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) on Friday.

News Center- The Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) has published a report on the casualties of 12-day Israel’s attacks on Iran.
At least 1,190 people were killed and 4,475 others injured in Israel’s attacks on Iran from June 13 to June 24, 2025, the report said.
According to the report, 436 of the killed people were civilians and the identities of 319 have not been determined yet. 65 children and 49 women were among the killed people, the HRANA said.
The Israel-Iran conflict that broke out after Israel launched the “Rising Lion” operation against Iran's nuclear facilities on June 13, 2025. The ceasefire between Israel and Iran came into effect on June 24, 2025.
During the 12-day Israel-Iran conflict, Iranian security forces arrested more than 1,500 people across Iran on charges of “spying for Israel” and “disturbing public opinion”.
