News Center- Shiva Arastouei, an Iranian writer, translator, and poet, passed away on Wednesday at the age of 64, her family announced on her Instagram account on Thursday.

Her family did not give any information about the cause of her death.

Shiva Arastouei was born in Tehran in 1961. She began her literary career in 1991. She wrote many novels and poems. She also taught fiction writing at the Tehran University of Arts.
