Humanitarian aid convoy from NE Syria arrives in Latakia

The humanitarian aid convoy sent by the Mesopotamia Relief and Development Association and the Social Affairs and Labor Authority in North East Syria, to be in solidarity with the Alawites arrived in Latakia on Wednesday.

News Center- The Mesopotamia Relief and Development Association and the Social Affairs and Labor Authority in North East Syria sent a convoy carrying humanitarian aid to the Syria’s coastal areas on Tuesday to be in solidarity with the Alawites, who faced genocidal attacks by the armed groups of Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS).

The convoy reportedly arrived in Latakia at dawn on Wednesday. Two aid trucks carried 1,500 food boxes. The aid is expected to be distributed to families today.
