Shahba- The Peoples’ Assembly of Afrin/Shahba, a canton in northeastern Syria, issued Monday a written statement, calling on civilians to evacuate the areas besieged by the Turkish state and Turkish-backed factions in order to “protect civilians from a possible massacre”.

Following the call, the displaced people of Afrin have started evacuating the IDPs camps in Shahba. According to the received reports, they will be settled in Tabqa and Raqqa.
