2 Baha'i women summoned to Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Isfahan
Samira Shakib and Mozhdeh Bahamin, two Baha’i women living in Baharestan, have been reportedly summoned to the Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Isfahan for the execution of a fine penalty imposed on them.
News Center- Samira Shakib and Mozhdeh Bahamin, two Baha’i women living in Baharestan, have been reportedly summoned to the second branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Baharestan in Isfahan province for the execution of a fine penalty imposed on them.
According to local sources, the Baha’i women are demanded to pay the fine imposed on them within 10 days.
In May 2024, Samira Shakiband and Mozhdeh Bahamin were fined 50 million Tomans by the Revolutionary Court of Isfahan on charges of “Committing deviant educational or proselytizing activities that contradict with the sacred law of Islam”.
