Al-Nusra received support from whom to smuggle Êzidî girls?
HDP MP Feleknas Uca submitted a parliamentary question about Êzidî girls to be answered by Turkey’s Vice President Fuat Oktay.
Ankara – Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) MP Feleknas Uca brought up the war crimes committed by al-Nusra in NE Syria, civilians subjected to torture, and the situation of hundreds of Êzidî women and children abducted from Afrin in 2018 to the agenda of Turkish Parliament. Feleknas Uca submitted a parliamentary question about the issues to be answered by Turkey’s Vice President Fuat Oktay.
The questions in the parliamentary question are as follows;
“* Did al-Nusra abduct Êzidî women in Afrin, torture civilians, destroy the places of worship of Êzidîs and displace the people of Afrin with the support of Turkey?
*Who helped the armed groups to smuggle Êzidî women to Turkey, and support them to live in Ankara? Do the armed groups’ members living in Ankara and selling Êzidî girls have any connection with SADAT?
*Did these groups’ members, who smuggled Êzidî women from Afrin to Turkey, receive support from SADAT to enter Turkey?
*How many civilians have been abducted and disappeared in Afrin since March 2018? How many of them are women and girls?
*Will any legal process be taken about the allegations reflected in the press? Will an investigation be launched into the allegation of the shipment of weapons to al-Nusra?
*How many women have been smuggled to Turkey by armed groups such as ISIS and al-Nusra? How many women and girls are reunited with their families until now?
*What is the reason for not answering our parliamentary question about women and girls, who were abducted in Afrin but are in Ankara?”
