Cairo 678 is an Egyptian film focusing on the daily public sexual harassment of three women of different social backgrounds in Egypt.

Cairo 678 is a story of three women of different social background who found themselves victimized of sexual harassment in Egypt and their struggle. Three years after the film was released, sexual harassment began to be criminalized in the Egyptian constitution. Nine out of 10 Egyptian women had experienced some form of sexual assault, a 2013 UN study said.

 The film is a 2010 Egyptian political thriller film written and directed by Mohamed Diab and starring Bassem Samra, Bushra Rozza, Maged El Kedwany and Nelly Karim. The film has received awards at the Chicago International Film Festival, Dubai International Film Festival, African Film Festival of Cordoba in 2012, Heartland Film Festival in 2012, Montpellier Mediterranean Film Festival and many other film festivals.
