Riha - The sit-in protest held in front of the Urfa Courthouse by Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were murdered in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız in the Suruç (Kurdish: Pirsûs) district of Urfa province on June 14, 2018, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar continues on its 690th day.

Nihat Şahin, lawyer of the Şenyaşar family, said, “Until now, 28 investigations have been launched against Emine Şenyaşar. There are currently 10 legal cases opened against Emine Şenyaşar. Legal cases are opened against Emine Şenyaşar for demanding justice.”
‘The records of security cameras should be revealed’
Today, the Şenyaşar family posted a tweet saying, “The aim of our protest is not to direct the judiciary and to suppress it, and we do not have such power! What we expect from the judiciary is to make a decision that will ease the conscience of the public by revealing the records of security cameras of the hospital.”
