According to the news compiled by JINNEWS from local and national newspapers, news websites and news agencies, men killed at least 36 women, tried to kill six women and 21 women and seven children died under suspicious circumstances in October in Turkey. 21 of the women were killed by their husbands, four by men they did not know, six by their relatives and five by men they knew, according to JİNNEWS. Men killed 20 women with firearms, six with sharp objects and eight women were tortured to death by men.
