Beirut- The Newroz Cultural Association organized a Newroz celebration in Lebanon’s capital Beirut with participation of Kurdish people and their friends.

 Kurdish people, their friends and representatives of political parties and associations in Lebanon gathered around the Newroz fire in the Damour town of Beirut. The area, where the Newroz celebration took place, was decorated with posters of Abdullah Öcalan, Mazlum Doğan and PKK flags. At the celebration, the speakers demanded the physical freedom of Abdullah Öcalan and called for unity.
