NE Syria’s women delegation addresses regional challenges in Paris
Women’s delegation from NE Syria visiting Europe held political and media meetings in Paris with parties, parliamentarians, and independent journalists to highlight the region’s situation and amplify women’s voices internationally.

News Center – Continuing its European tour, the women’s delegation from northeast Syria is holding political and media meetings across multiple European capitals to amplify women’s voices in the region and shed light on the challenges it faces amid ongoing developments.
On Friday, September 12, the delegation met with several French political parties, including the Greens, the Communist Party, and the Socialist Party, along with representatives from other parties. Members of the French Parliament also participated, exchanging views on political and humanitarian developments in northeast Syria.
The delegation also met with independent journalists covering Syrian affairs, engaging in in-depth discussions on regional challenges, particularly women’s rights, political stability, and security threats. Participants expressed deep concern over the situation and emphasized the importance of supporting peace and democratic efforts.
These meetings are part of the delegation’s broader international efforts to convey the voices of women from northeast Syria to the global community and strengthen solidarity with their causes amid the region’s complex circumstances.
