News Center- Gohar Eshghi, the mother of the 35-year-old blogger Sattar Beheshti, announced on Wednesday that she and her daughter Sahar Beheshti received threatening text messages by unknown individuals.

 “Unknown individuals sent me and my daughter threatening text messages. I know who they are. I know them very well. They are the bloodthirsty executioners,” read her post.

Gohar Eshghi has been threatened several times for her posts against the execution of political prisoners and the arrest of activists and protesters in Iran. “I have told you several times that your threats don't scare us. Do not threaten my daughter! If something happens to my daughter, I will destroy your house.”

Sattar Beheshti was an Iranian blogger, who was tortured to death in detention in November 2012.
