Emine Şenyaşar to seek justice in front of Turkish parliamentary speaker’s office
Emine Şenyaşar will seek justice for her killed husband and two children in front of the Turkish Parliamentary speaker’s office.
News Center- The husband and two sons of Emine Şenyaşar were murdered in an attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of former AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız in Pirsûs (Turkish: Suruç) district of Urfa province on June 14, 2018. She started seeking justice for her killed relatives by holding a sit-in protest in front of the Urfa Courthouse on March 9, 2021. After more than two years, she started holding her protest in front of the building of the Turkish Ministry of Justice.
For a while, she could not hold her protest for justice in front of the ministry due to her health problems. According to the received reports, Emine Şenyaşar will hold her protest for justice in front of the Turkish Parliamentary Speaker’s Office as of Tuesday. Emine Şenyaşar and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, Urfa MP from the Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party), will keep seeking justice after a press statement at the parliament today at 11 a.m.
