Earthquake kills 4, injures 120 in Kashmar

At least four people were killed and 120 injured in a 4.9 magnitude earthquake that hit Iran's northeastern city of Kashmar on Tuesday.

News Center- At least four people were killed and 120 injured in a 4.9 magnitude earthquake that hit Iran’s northeastern city of Kashmar on Tuesday.

Some injured people were treated on an outpatient basis, the governor of Kashmar said in a statement on Tuesday. 35 people are hospitalized and four of them are in critical condition, the governor said, adding the earthquake damaged mostly dilapidated buildings in urban and rural areas of the city.
