At least 18 killed in car bomb explosion in Manbij

At least 18 people, including 14 women, were killed and dozens others injured when a car bomb exploded on the outskirts of Manbij on Monday.

At least 18 people were killed and dozens others injured when a car bomb exploded on the outskirts of Manbij, a city in northern Syria, on Monday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based monitoring group, reported, condemning the attacks targeting civilians.

According to the monitoring group, the car bomb explosion on Monday was the seventh car bomb explosion in Manbij in just over a month.

On Saturday, a car bomb in Manbij killed four civilians and wounded nine others, including children.
