80 civilian infrastructure in NE Syria targeted in 72 hours

5 Syrian government soldiers killed, 7 civilians injured
Hawar News Agency (ANHA) reported that five Syrian soldiers were killed and seven civilians were injured in the Turkish airstrikes. A man identified as Ehlam Ebdurezaq Remo was injured in the leg; his three-year-old child was injured in the head and his four-year-old child Can was slightly injured. The Turkish airstrikes also targeted a storehouse in Qamishlo, injuring a woman identified as Hêlîn Mihemed. Two civilians identified as Hisên Ayîş Hisên (45) and Mihemed Xêr Ehmed Şêxî (23) were injured in the Turkish airstrikes targeting a flour mill in Amûdê. On January 14, 2024, the Turkish forces targeted a power station in Dirbêsiyê, injuring a civilian identified as Kabrîn Ferhp (33).
January 14
Kobanê
On January 14, 2024, the Turkish forces targeted a cement plant in the town of Chalabiya, 45 km south of the city of Kobanê. The Turkish forces also targeted a power station and a livestock barn in the village of Sheikh Joban in the southern countryside of the city oo Kobanê and a wheat warehouse in the city center. The Turkish state also targeted a position held by the Syrian government forces in the village of Kharbesan.
Ain Issa
The Turkish strikes targeted a checkpoint held by the Internal Security Forces in the south of Ain Issa and a power station in the town of Ain Issa.
Al-Darbasiya
Turkish strikes targeted agricultural fields in the town of Al-Darbasiya. Turkish drones targeted a civilian house in the village of Karbatli in the Al-Darbasiyah, injuring two children. Turkish forces targeted the vicinity of the village of Berkevri.
Tal Tamr
The villages of Um al-Kif and Tal Tawil in the western countryside of Tal Tamr district were also targeted by the Turkish forces and Turkish-backed factions.
Qamishlo
The Turkish forces targeted the Nerkez Company near the village of Haram Sheikho, west of the city of Qamishlo, the power station in the city center, a sanitary supplies warehouse near Qamishlo Airport, a school in the town of Karbawi and a factory for manufacturing halva and tahini in the western countryside of the city of Qamishlo.
Tirbespiyê
The Turkish strikes targeted oil station in the southeastern of Tirbespiyê district, a checkpoint of the Internal Security Forces in the village of Khazna, located on M4 in the countryside of Tirbespiyê district, an oil site in the village of Al-Khatuna and the Oda field on the eastern side of Tirbespiyê.
Amuda
Turkish strikes targeted a power station and the Darbas Mill in the town of Amuda, injuring two workers. The Turkish strikes also targeted civilians in the village of Merkabah.
Derik
Turkish strikes targeted a fuel refinery site known as the Tafla site in the Kocherat area of Derik. The Bashut dam in the eastern countryside around the city of Derik in Jazera Canton was targeted by Turkish airstrikes five times.
Afrin-Shahba
The Turkish airstrikes targeted the village of Shawargah in the Shara district in the occupied countryside of Afrin.
January 15
Turkish forces and Turkish-backed factions targeted a wheat warehouse in the village of Umm al-Kif, west of Tal Tamr.
The power station in the city of Qamishlo was targeted by the Turkish forces and Turkish-backed factions. Two checkpoints of the Internal Security Forces were targeted.
