News Center-Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip have entered their 299th day.

A number of Palestinian civilians were killed and injured on Wednesday in a series of raids by Israeli warplanes and artillery on different areas of the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.

A number of people were killed and injured in an Israeli bombardment that targeted a house in al-Mawasi area, west of Rafah city, WAFA reported on Wednesday. Many people were injured and taken to the Red Cross field hospital by the Israeli army targeting the tents of the displaced in al-Mawasi area, west of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, according to WAFA.

One person killed in Khan Younis

One person was killed and four others were injured in an Israeli bombardment targeting Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, WAFA said.

According to WAFA, intense Israeli artillery shelling on the neighborhoods of al-Zeitoun, al-Shuja'iyya, and al-Tuffah, east of Gaza City, injured many civilians, including women and children.

At least 39,000 Palestinians killed

At least 39,400 Palestinians have been killed and 90,996 have been injured in the Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, the Gaza’s health ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.
