11 children, including two babies, killed in Zahedan, report says

11 children, including two babies, were killed in the massacre, known as ‘Bloody Friday’, carried out by Iranian regime forces in Zahedan on September 30, according to the report released by the Baloch Activist Campaign.

News Center- On September 30, Iranian regime forces opened fire on a protest in Zahedan, city of Iran’s Sistan and Baluchestan Province.

The Baloch Activist Campaign has released a report on how many children were killed in the massacre, also known as ‘Bloody Friday’. 11 children, including two babies, were killed in Zahedan on September 30, according to the report.

The campaign group has shared the names of the children, who were killed in the massacre. The names and ages of the children are: Mireshkar(2), Javad Posheh (12), Jaber Shirouzahi (12), Mohammad Rakhshani (12), Omid Sarani (13), Sedis Keşani (14), Uzirullah Kebdani (14) ve Mohammad Iqbal Shahnavazi (16), Salleh (16), Yaser Shahuzahi (16), Omid Safarzahi (17) and Javad Posheh’ (17).

The campaign group has also reported that five young people aged 18 were killed in the massacre. The names of the young people are Musa Anishi, Musa Doira, Mahmoud Brahui, Mohammad Ali Gumshadzehi and Mateen Qanbarzahi and that 19-year-old Amirhossein Parnian was also killed.

On September 30, Iranian regime forces opened fire on protesters, violently cracked down on protesters in Zahedan, and later opened fire on worshipers holding the Friday Prayers in the Jameh Mosque of Makki, leading to street clashes resulting in at least 91 protesters killed and 300 injured.
