News Center— On Saturday, July 25, the women’s movement "Panjareh Omid" (Window of Hope) announced the launch of the "Help Afghan Women" campaign, urging the international community to take urgent action to end the gender-based apartheid system and put an end to widespread human rights violations in Afghanistan.

The "Panjareh Omid" movement emphasized that this campaign voices the plight of millions of Afghan women who have been deprived of their fundamental rights—such as education, work, freedom, safety, and participation in public life—since the Taliban returned to power on August 15, 2021.

The movement raised slogans such as "Stop the killing of women," "Justice, not revenge," and "Women's rights are human rights," calling upon the United Nations, governments, parliaments, human rights organizations, and international media to join the campaign, amplify the voices of Afghan women, and take practical steps to hold the Taliban accountable while supporting the country's women and girls.
